The different strengths are noted by the Colour and the code printed on each band. The number II
on the band RAB II stands for a weight equivalent to two kilograms when the band is streched 100%.
e.g. if you start with a distance of 30cm between your hands with no tension on the band and stretch
it to a distance of 60cm you will be pulling a weight of 2kg when using RAB II. With RAB III
you would be pulling a weight of 3kg over the same distance.
