Diet and weight loss need not be a trauma experience. Losing weight in a controlled manner will help avoid the jo-jo effect that many people with weight problems often suffer when taking a diet. You should be very wary of a diet that promise amazing results in what seems a very short space of time. A diet which involves a total weight loss of more than a kilo or two should be undertaken only under the watchful eye of someone qualified, or a diet doctor. Taking enough of the right vitamins during a diet is also important. A diet whereby you just starve yourself is certainly not a healthy one as is a diet of starving then indulgence is also not good |
